Shipping policy

We offer free delivery on all orders to most areas of the UK mainland only.  Additional charges may apply for deliveries to some areas of Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall, please check before ordering.  UK Mainland shipping excludes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Delivery is usually within 7-14 days, during high demand periods some items could have a longer lead time.  Please feel free to email us to request a more accurate timescale.

Deliveries are kerbside only and you must be present for offloading. If you are not present to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply. 

Items longer than 2.3 metres will be delivered on a curtain-sided lorry and the customer is responsible for unloading from the vehicle at the point of delivery, this means a forklift-truck will be required to unload the goods. This also applies to products with a diameter of 2 metres. Our courier does not have the possibility to unload these goods.

The delivery address must be accessible with a large lorry of 13.6 metres.  If there is likely to be a problem with access please contact us in advance of placing your order.  Actions required to overcome delivery issues may be chargeable to you, particularly if only discovered on the day of delivery.

Unforeseen circumstances may occur which may delay a delivery.  Consequential costs cannot be claimed.

Pre-Order:

Pre-order products are either brand new for the coming season, or items that we have run out of, but more are due to arrive at our suppliers.  The pre-order dates show the next available delivery date for individual items whilst they are still in transit to the supplier. Many of our products are hand crafted in different parts of the world and shipped by sea, so we calculate the pre-order dates using many complex factors to make sure we state accurate dates.

Stock is allocated to orders as they come in so the advertised dates might change over time. If you’ve found the set you love, we’d encourage you to place an order at the time, so that you don't miss out; we can assure you it'll be worth the wait!
