BAYOU Water Table, Coated Steel

• Standard RAL colours are RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 9005, and RAL 9016. Additional startup costs apply for other colours.
• Please note these have a European plug and come with UK adapters to plug in.

• Products must be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent any moisture between the packaging and the product from being trapped. This can cause difficult-to-remove stains.
• The warranty is void if drilling or grinding is done in a non-prescribed manner.
• The pH value of the water must be neutral (7) to prevent damage to the material.
• Clean annually by rinsing off dirt with clean tap water and treating with a cleaning agent. Do not use a pressure washer or scouring pad. This will damage the coating.
• After the coated steel BAYOU is produced, it undergoes several post-treatments. For example, the material is roughened for better adhesion of the powder coating. This is applied with a strong adhesive primer. Finally, the product is finished with a hard top layer of Qualicoat class 2. These layers ensure that the BAYOU is of very high quality and scratch-resistant.

We offer free delivery on all orders to most areas of the UK mainland only.  Additional charges may apply for deliveries to some areas of Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall, please check before ordering.  UK mainland shipping excludes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Delivery is usually within 7-14 days, during high demand periods some items could have a longer lead time.  Please feel free to email us to request a more accurate timescale.

Deliveries are kerbside only. You must be present for offloading. If you are not present to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply.  Items longer than 2.3m will be delivered on a curtain-sided lorry. For all products longer than 2.3 metres or with a diameter of 2 metres or more, the customer is responsible for unloading from the vehicle at the point of delivery, this means a forklift-truck to unload the goods. Our courier does not have the possibility to unload these goods.

The address must be accessible with a large lorry of 13.6 metres.  If there is likely to be a problem with access please contact us in advance of placing your order.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for the cost of returning any item, this is non-refundable. Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
