- Aluminium water tables are very robust, hard-wearing, resistant to corrosion and durable.
- The aluminium has a thickness of 3 mm.
- Scratch-resistant topcoat.
- Standard RAL colours are RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 9005 and RAL 9016. There is a start-up charge for other colours.
- Please note these have a European plug and come with UK adapters to plug in.
Key Points of interest
- Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. If the product is left in its packaging, it may develop patches of uneven discolouration.
- Our water features should be installed on a firm, level surface.
- The guarantee expires if you drill or grind in a way that is not specified.
- The water used in this product should have a neutral pH value (7) to protect the look and quality of the material.
- The pump may become clogged if green waste allowed to build up inside the product. However, this water feature is simple to open and clean. After cleaning the nozzles, check the pump for blockages. Optionally, a filter can be placed between the pump and the fountain.
- Clean annually by hosing dirt from the product with clean tap water, followed by cleaning with detergent. Do not use a pressure washer and/or scouring pad for this purpose. This damages the coating.
Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery on all orders to most areas of the UK mainland only. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to some areas of Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall, please check before ordering. UK mainland shipping excludes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Delivery is usually within 7-14 days, during high demand periods some items could have a longer lead time. Please feel free to email us to request a more accurate timescale.
Deliveries are kerbside only. You must be present for offloading. If you are not present to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply. Items longer than 2.3m will be delivered on a curtain-sided lorry. For all products longer than 2.3 metres or with a diameter of 2 metres or more, the customer is responsible for unloading from the vehicle at the point of delivery, this means a forklift-truck to unload the goods. Our courier does not have the possibility to unload these goods.
The address must be accessible with a large lorry of 13.6 metres. If there is likely to be a problem with access please contact us in advance of placing your order.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for the cost of returning any item, this is non-refundable. Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
